I am a surface pattern designer based in the beautiful Cotswolds, England. With a background in graphic design and interior design studies, my creative journey naturally led me to surface pattern design—though it wasn’t until around six years ago, when I designed a cushion for a friend’s 1970s home, that I truly discovered my passion for creating patterns. Since then, I haven’t stopped designing.
My work is heavily inspired by William Morris and the flowing lines of Art Nouveau, and I particularly enjoy creating intricate floral patterns suited to home décor, fabrics, and wallpaper. Alongside this, I also explore a more graphic side to my design style, using everyday objects in playful, thoughtful ways—an approach that translates beautifully to stationery and paper goods.
I primarily use Adobe Illustrator to create my patterns, as I love the precision and versatility of vector graphics, though I also enjoy working in Procreate and occasionally dabble in other creative mediums.
When I’m not designing, I’m a keen tennis player and an amateur photographer. I love travelling and capturing photographs of beautiful landscapes and inspiring details from around the world, which often find their way back into my designs.
