Designer Listing Agreement
This Agreement is between the Designer (“Designer”) and The Fabric Tree House (“Company”). By submitting designs for listing, the Designer grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to display, market, reproduce, and sell the designs on fabric through its website.
The Designer confirms all submitted designs are original and do not infringe any third-party rights. The Designer retains ownership of their intellectual property.
Commission Structure
The Designer will receive 11% of the retail sale price for fabric featuring their designs (“Base Rate”). Monthly commission bonuses apply as follows: 12% total commission for $300–$999 in monthly commissions; 14% total commission for $1,000–$1,499; and 16% total commission for $1,500 or more. Payments will be made monthly between the 1st and 4th of each month. PayPal is the sole payment method.
The Company reserves the right to remove designs or terminate listings at its discretion. Either party may terminate participation at any time; accrued commissions remain payable.
By submitting designs, the Designer agrees to these terms.
